A: No. We do not serve off‑menu drinks. Consistency avoids guest confusion and service slowdowns.
Q: What if a guest pays cash?
A: We are cashless for payments. Offer card options. Cash is tips only.
Q: What do I do with cash tips?
A: Bring them to the bar drawer. They're pooled and added to paychecks.
Q: How do comps/discounts work?
A: Ring items in Toast, apply the approved discount code with reason. Large comps require manager PIN. (See Systems → Toast.)
Q: Where do bleach bottles live?
A: Shelf in no man's land. Mix 40ml bleach + water.
Q: What's Lamp Service?
A: Guests toggle lamp off to request service when a server isn't nearby.
