Strict No Cash Retention Policy

NO CASH IS TO BE RETAINED BY EMPLOYEES

If we see you keeping cash tips, you will be asked to leave immediately.

This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all staff members without exception.

💰 How Tips Work

All Tips Are Pooled

  • • Cash tips: Must be turned in at the end of every shift
  • • Credit card tips: Automatically added to the pool through the POS system
  • • All tips are combined and distributed fairly among eligible staff

Distribution

All pooled tips are added to your paycheck. Tips are distributed based on hours worked and position, ensuring fair compensation for all staff members.

End of Shift Procedure

  1. 1. Count all cash tips received during your shift
  2. 2. Turn in the full amount to your manager
  3. 3. Tips will appear on your next paycheck

Questions about tip pool? Contact your Bar Manager directly. Remember: keeping any cash tips is grounds for immediate termination.
