- Bar Manager: ops owner (you), pre‑shifts, scheduling overlap, policy guardrail, comps/discounts governance, cross‑team coordination (PAs/kitchen).
- Lead Bartender: service pacing, batching readiness, drawer cash custody for pooled tips.
- Bartenders / Servers: speed, menu fidelity, lamp service, full hands, pooled tips.
- Support/Porters: bussing, dish flow, restock, bleach bottles, trash, barbacks.

- Bar Management: 12.5
- Lead Bar: 11.75
- Bartenders/Servers: 10
- Support Staff: 1
