Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bar Manager: ops owner (you), pre‑shifts, scheduling overlap, policy guardrail, comps/discounts governance, cross‑team coordination (PAs/kitchen).
  • Lead Bartender: service pacing, batching readiness, drawer cash custody for pooled tips.
  • Bartenders / Servers: speed, menu fidelity, lamp service, full hands, pooled tips.
  • Support/Porters: bussing, dish flow, restock, bleach bottles, trash, barbacks.

Tip Pool — Points (per shift)

  • Bar Management: 12.5
  • Lead Bar: 11.75
  • Bartenders/Servers: 10
  • Support Staff: 1

Deductions

  • Late Arrival (without prior notice): −0.5
  • Unauthorized cell phone use: −0.5
